BUSINESS VISA (NON-B)

Foreigners who have obtained or renewed a work permit must apply for a Non-B work visa to continue staying in Thailand temporarily for a period of one year.

  • Non-B Working Visa renewal for foreigners with residence permits in Thailand in case of business necessity in order to remain in the company. Applying for a non-B work visa after obtaining or renewing a work permit is when foreigners have obtained a working permit or have completed a work permit. Foreigners are required to submit documents to continue to stay in Thailand temporarily for a period of one year.

Documents used to apply for a work visa renewal:

Part of the alien (Employee) :

  • Application for extension of work visa (TM.7)
  • Photo size 4 x 6 cm. Or 2 inches for 1 image.
  • Passport (real) with copy
  • Copies of the foreigners’ studies and work certificates, certified by the embassy and institutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Employment certificate (on the model of the Immigration Inspectorate, Stm 1).
  • Working license copy (all pages with information appearing)
  • Copy of the personal tax return (P.N.D.91) Last year with a copy of the receipt.

Part of the company and employer:

  • A book explaining the reasons for hiring an alien and asking for cooperation in receiving or requesting a change in the type of examination.
  • Employment certificate.
  • Copy of the registration certificate of the company or entity (not more than 6 months)
  • Copy of shareholders’ accounts (B.O.J 5) (not more than 6 months)
  • Copy of the entity registration certificate.
  • Copy of the VAT registration and shareholders’ lists.
  • A copy of the last year’s profit and loss statement, certified by the Ministry of Commerce or the Treasury (other copies must be signed and stamped by the Board of Trustees). All editions)
  • Copy of the corporate tax return (P.N.D.50) Certificate from the Ministry of Commerce or the Treasury (other copies must be signed and sealed by the Board of Trustees). All editions)
  • If you’re in P.N.D.50 (page 5, line 3), there is no water, no electricity, no rental, no fuel bill, no power, and no telephone.
  • Copy of personal tax receipts of Thai and foreign employees (P.N.D.1) (three months ago) with receipts and lists of all employees.
  • Copy of Social Insurance Payment (SSO 1–10) (return of 3 months) with receipt.
  • A copy of the VAT-deprecated item (P.30 or P.36)  Last year’s financial statements (three-month accounts) with receipts.
  • Documents showing the need to hire foreigners to work.
  • A letter of cooperation from Thailand’s Investment Promotion, Industrial Engineering, or Petroleum Commission (BOI Promotion Case)
  • Company map.
  • Shows an image of a company that shows a building, a company name label, an employee’s working condition, an internal desk, or a building or building, showing six to seven images of the work.
  • Other documents as stipulated in the Stm.Configure (stm. 2)
  • If there’s a family tracking case, show family evidence.

The documentation of the company or office, the authorized officer, the certificate of registration, or the managing partner, signed each certificate, every page, and the stamp of the corporation or office is important.

Documents relating to tax filings and social security filings must be certified by the relevant government agencies.
