Foreigners who wish to work in Thailand must have a Working Visa (Non-B) and be requested by an employer or agency to apply for a work permit on their behalf.
The application, in the form “WP.32,” is submitted to the Thai Embassy in the foreigner’s home country.
Once granted the visa, they can enter Thailand and abide by the rules set by the Ministry of Labor and the Immigration Inspection Office.
